氯胺酮是一种临床上广泛用于麻醉与镇痛的具有分离麻醉作用的麻醉药.研究表明氯胺酮是N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartate,NMDA)受体的拮抗剂,可诱发拟精神症状和认知损害,限制了其临床应用;但随着氯胺酮在术后镇痛及神经保护等方面的应用,认识和研究氯胺酮诱发拟精神症状的机制与防治具有十分重大意义.同时,近年来研究发现氯胺酮对严重抑郁症患者可以产生强大、快速且相对持久的抗抑郁作用.现就氯胺酮的拟精神症状与抗抑郁作用作一综述.

Ketomine is a dissociative anaesthetic that has been widely used for anesthesia and analgesia in the clinic for many years.As the N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptor antagonist,ketamine has been demonstrated to induce schizophrenia -like symptoms and cognitive impairment in humans,which limits its clinical use.With the application of ke-tamine in postoperative pain relief and nerve protection,it is important to study on the mechanism and prevention of ketami-ne4nduced psychotic symptoms.In addition,it is also found that Ketamine exerts a robust,rapid,and relatively sustained an-tidepressant effect in patients with major depression in recent years.The psyehomimetic effects and antidepressant effects of ketamine are the subject of this review.
