目的 探讨院前洗胃救治偏远农村地区重度急性有机磷农药中毒的有效性及安全性.方法 将204例偏远农村地区重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为院前组和对照组,每组各102例,两组基础治疗相同,院前组现场就地洗胃,对照组返院后洗胃.结果 与对照组比较,院前组并发症、阿托品用量、氯磷定用量、胆碱酯酶恢复时间、住院时间及病死率明显降低(P＜0.01).结论 院前洗胃救治偏远农村地区重度急性有机磷农药中毒是一种安全有效的治疗方法.

목적 탐토원전세위구치편원농촌지구중도급성유궤린농약중독적유효성급안전성.방법 장204례편원농촌지구중도급성유궤린농약중독환자수궤분위원전조화대조조,매조각102례,량조기출치료상동,원전조현장취지세위,대조조반원후세위.결과 여대조조비교,원전조병발증、아탁품용량、록린정용량、담감지매회복시간、주원시간급병사솔명현강저(P＜0.01).결론 원전세위구치편원농촌지구중도급성유궤린농약중독시일충안전유효적치료방법.
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of pre - hospital gastric lavage in treating severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in remote village distritcs.Methods Two hundred and four patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in remote village were divided into the pre-hospital group( 102 cases) and the control group (102 cases).The basic therapy in the two groups were the same,while pre -hospital group was given on the spot gastric lavage,control group was given after return to hospital gastric lavage.Results The therapeutic effect in the pre - hospital group was better than that in the control group.Complication,the total dosage of atropine and pralidoxime chloride,recovery time of cholinesterase,hospital stay days,and the mortality in pre - hospital was markely lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Pre - hospital gastric lavage treatment for severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoing is effective and safe.
