根据自然区划的原则和方法,选择坡面径流强度作为中国公路水文二级区划的主导指标,以降雨、地形坡度、岩土类型和植被覆盖度作为坡面径流强度的主要影响因素,建立了坡面径流强度计算模型.在综合考虑公路工程实际情况的基础上,参考专家意见,建立了影响因素的等级划分体系和影响度值.应用层次分析法计算得到各影响因素的权重值.利用GIS系统计算坡面径流强度指数.在中国公路水文一级区划的基础上,按照坡面径流强度指数等级划分体系,将全国分为32个水文二级区,分区结果与我国实际情况基本相符.

According to the principles and methods of regionalization,slope runoff intensity was selected as the leading index of second class hydrological regionahzation for highway in China.Calculating model for slope runoff intensity was built up based on the main influencing factors including rainfall,terrain slope,type of rock and soil as well as vegetation coverage.The classification system and the influence degrees of main influencing factors were put forwarded based on actual situation of highway engineering and advices from experts.The weights of the influencing factors were calculated by using Analytic Hierarchy Piocess,and distribution of national slope runoff intensities was analyzed by GIS.Based on first class hydrological regionalization for Chinese highway in China,the whole territory of China was divided into 32 second class hydrological districts in accordance with the presented classification system.The result conforms to reality.
