利用4-十二烷氧基联苯酚-3,5-二氨基苯甲酸酯、3,3'-二甲基-4,4'-亚甲基二苯胺(DMMDA)按不同比例和4,4-氧双邻苯二甲酸酐(ODPA)通过一步法共聚合成一系列聚酰亚胺,该聚酰亚胺在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)以及氯仿(TCM)等溶剂中显示出良好的溶解性,并且显示出优异的垂直取向性能,即使摩擦以后所引起的预倾角也未出现显著的下降.
利用4-十二烷氧基聯苯酚-3,5-二氨基苯甲痠酯、3,3'-二甲基-4,4'-亞甲基二苯胺(DMMDA)按不同比例和4,4-氧雙鄰苯二甲痠酐(ODPA)通過一步法共聚閤成一繫列聚酰亞胺,該聚酰亞胺在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)、二甲基亞砜(DMSO)以及氯倣(TCM)等溶劑中顯示齣良好的溶解性,併且顯示齣優異的垂直取嚮性能,即使摩抆以後所引起的預傾角也未齣現顯著的下降.
이용4-십이완양기련분분-3,5-이안기분갑산지、3,3'-이갑기-4,4'-아갑기이분알(DMMDA)안불동비례화4,4-양쌍린분이갑산항(ODPA)통과일보법공취합성일계렬취선아알,해취선아알재N-갑기필각완동(NMP)、N,N-이갑기갑선알(DMF)、N,N-이갑기을선알(DMAC)、이갑기아풍(DMSO)이급록방(TCM)등용제중현시출량호적용해성,병차현시출우이적수직취향성능,즉사마찰이후소인기적예경각야미출현현저적하강.
A series of polyimides with different side chain content had been copolymerized from 4-dodecyloxy-biphenyl-3', 5'- diaminobenzoate, 3,3'-dimethyl-4,4'-methyl-enedianiline (DMMDA) and 4,4'-oxydi(phthalic anhydride) (ODPA) via one-step method. The synthesized polyimides also possessed solubility in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), N,N-dimethyl-formamide (DMF), N,N-Dimethylacetamide (DMAC), dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and trichloromethane (TCM). Meanwhile, uniform and stable vertical alignment of liquid crystal was induced by the polyimides films, and even after the rubbing process, the pretilt angles of liquid crystal show good stability.
