目的 观察加味玉女煎治疗老年人牙周炎的临床疗效.方法 将180例老年性牙周炎患者随机分为两组各90例,对照组去除牙石,口服甲硝唑0.2 g/次,3次/d,治疗7 d:治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服加味玉女煎治疗,1剂/d,治疗7d,疗程结束后总结疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.4%、对照组为73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0068).随访6个月,治疗组复发7例(7.4%),对照组复发16例(18.6%).两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0412).结论 加味玉女煎治疗老年人牙周炎有效.

Objective To study the effect of Jiaweiyunvjian on periodontitis in the old.Methods A total of 180 periodontitis patients were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group,90 patients in each.The control group was treated with calculus removal and oral metronidazole,while the treatment group was treated with Jiaweiyunvjian on the basis ofthe control group.After both groups were treated for 7 days,therapeutic effects were observed.Results The total effective rate was 90.4%and 73.3%in the treatment group in the control group respectively.There was significant diffefence (P<0.01).In the 6-month follow-up,there were 7 cases(7.4%)relapsed in the treatment group and 16 cases(18.6%)relapsed in the control group,also showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiaweiyunvjian has curative effects on periodontitis of the old people.
