概述了Er∶YAG晶体的光谱特性,在此基础上设 计研制了2套激光装置,单灯单椭圆和双灯双椭圆聚光腔及电源,比较了两者的优缺点。针 对2.94 μm铒离子激光上能级粒子寿命短、下能级粒子寿命长的特点,设计改进了激光电 源;一般固体激光电源放电脉宽较宽,泵浦Er∶YAG效率不高,改进后的电源较大地压缩了 氙灯放电脉冲宽度,提高了激光输出效率。在单灯单椭圆装置中,在电压1.7 kV时,获得 激光输出1.08 J,斜率效率7.27‰。还阐述了2.94 μm激光与生物组织作用特点,如吸 收率高、作用浅,不产生血凝等,开展了激光验血采样应用研究,取得良好效果。

This paper describes the emission spectru m characters of Er∶YAG crystal. Two sets of laser devices are designed—one is single flash tube with single ellipsoidal condenser cavity, the other is double flash tube with double ellipsoidal condenser cavity and its power supply. The level character of Er+3 ions in the crystal is that the population lif e on the up level is shorter than that on the down level,and because the ordina ry power supply has large discharging pulse width, the laser output efficiency i s low. By the method of compressing electric pulse width of discharge, the laser output efficiency is raised. At 1.7 kV, the laser output is 1.08 J, decline e fficiency is 7.27‰ in single flash tube with single ellipsoidal condenser cavi ty.This paper also describes the mutual action characters of the laser with 2.9 4 μm wave length on biological tissues, such as high absorption, acting on surf ace. The Er∶YAG laser with wavelength 2.94 μm is applied to drawing blood fr om finger,and satisfactory results are obtained.
