目的 探讨泪小管炎的诊断和治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年3月收治的9例泪小管炎的临床特征、误诊原因及治疗方法.2例发病时间在3周之内者,在泪小管内注入典必殊眼膏,每3 d1次.其余7例病程均较长,5例在局麻下行泪小管切开术,2例合并慢性泪囊炎者在神经阻滞麻醉下行泪小管切开及泪囊摘除术.结果 9例均有泪点扩大,局部肿胀,泪点处充满分泌物,冲洗泪道通畅或原位返流,但从另一泪点冲洗时多通畅.2例泪小管内注入典必殊眼膏患者,2～3次后治愈.其余行泪小管切开术者1周内治愈.结论 泪小管炎需与慢性泪囊炎鉴别.泪小管内注射典必殊眼膏和泪小管切开是治疗泪小管炎有效方法.
目的 探討淚小管炎的診斷和治療方法.方法 迴顧性分析2008年1月至2010年3月收治的9例淚小管炎的臨床特徵、誤診原因及治療方法.2例髮病時間在3週之內者,在淚小管內註入典必殊眼膏,每3 d1次.其餘7例病程均較長,5例在跼痳下行淚小管切開術,2例閤併慢性淚囊炎者在神經阻滯痳醉下行淚小管切開及淚囊摘除術.結果 9例均有淚點擴大,跼部腫脹,淚點處充滿分泌物,遲洗淚道通暢或原位返流,但從另一淚點遲洗時多通暢.2例淚小管內註入典必殊眼膏患者,2～3次後治愈.其餘行淚小管切開術者1週內治愈.結論 淚小管炎需與慢性淚囊炎鑒彆.淚小管內註射典必殊眼膏和淚小管切開是治療淚小管炎有效方法.
목적 탐토루소관염적진단화치료방법.방법 회고성분석2008년1월지2010년3월수치적9례루소관염적림상특정、오진원인급치료방법.2례발병시간재3주지내자,재루소관내주입전필수안고,매3 d1차.기여7례병정균교장,5례재국마하행루소관절개술,2례합병만성루낭염자재신경조체마취하행루소관절개급루낭적제술.결과 9례균유루점확대,국부종창,루점처충만분비물,충세루도통창혹원위반류,단종령일루점충세시다통창.2례루소관내주입전필수안고환자,2～3차후치유.기여행루소관절개술자1주내치유.결론 루소관염수여만성루낭염감별.루소관내주사전필수안고화루소관절개시치료루소관염유효방법.
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment for the dacryocanaliculitis. Methods Retrospective analysis the character of the dacryocanaliculitis, the participants come from patients visited our hospital from January in 2008 to March in 2010. We injected the TobraDex ophthalmic ointment into the lacrimal ductule for 2 participants who suffered for 3 weeks or less and a repeat injection were done after 3days. Canaliculotomy was done for 5 participants who suffered chronic dacryocanaliculitis. Canaliculotomy and dacryocystectomy were done for 2 participants who suffered dacryocanaliculitis and chronic dacryocystitis. Results The lacrimal punctum was enlarged and swelling,and with secretion in it. It was obstructed or the fluid return from the same punctum when lacrimal passage irrigation was done, but there was no obstruction when we irrigated from the fellow one. For 2 participants who were injected TobraDex into lacrimal ductule,it was healed after 2 ～ 3 times of injection. The other participants undergone canaliculotomy was healed in one week. Conclusion To cut the lacrimal ductule and inject the TobraDex ophthalmic ointment is effective for dacryocanaliculitis.
