目的 观察中药热奄包治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 采用2008年5月～2011年5月来我院就诊的160例病人,随机分为治疗组90例,对照组70例,治疗前两组均做颈椎被动功能活动和主动功能活动并将其作为共同治疗因子的前提,治疗组给予自制中药热奄包治疗,对照组给予特定电磁波(TDP)理疗仪治疗,观察治疗后主症的缓解程度、经颅多普勒( TCD)检查及血液流变学改变.结果 治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,TCD及血液流变学指标改善亦优于对照组.结论 表明中药热奄包是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法.

목적 관찰중약열엄포치료추동맥형경추병적림상료효.방법 채용2008년5월～2011년5월래아원취진적160례병인,수궤분위치료조90례,대조조70례,치료전량조균주경추피동공능활동화주동공능활동병장기작위공동치료인자적전제,치료조급여자제중약열엄포치료,대조조급여특정전자파(TDP)리료의치료,관찰치료후주증적완해정도、경로다보륵( TCD)검사급혈액류변학개변.결과 치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조,TCD급혈액류변학지표개선역우우대조조.결론 표명중약열엄포시치료추동맥형경추병적유효방법.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (CSA) treated with herbal Reyanbao.Methods The 160 cases of patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,treatment group (90) and control group (70) who were all treated with the same therapeutic factors - the passive and initiative activities of cervical vertebra prior treatment.The treatment group was interfered in with herbal Reyanbao and the control group was interfered in with TDP of physical therapy.The main signs,TCD and the blood rheology will be observed prior - treatment and post - treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and TCD and the blood rheology were ameliorated.Conclusions The herbal Reyanbao is one of the effective methods to the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
