作者用单克隆抗体一抗原斑点试验(McAb-AST)检测斯氏肺吸虫病患者血清循环抗原,共检测确诊肺吸虫病患者血清84份,其中82份呈阳性反应,阳性率为97.6%.检测62份健康人对照血清,全部呈阴性反应.检测血吸虫病患者血清41份,全部呈阴性反应;检测华支睾吸虫病患者血清30份,其中1份呈阳性反应,假阳性率为3.3%.上述确诊的肺吸虫病患者经有效药物治疗后3个月,用本法复查36例,结果循环抗原转阴84例,阴转率为94.4%.治后6个月复查28例则全部转阴,阴转率为100%.本试验结果可靠、重复性好,在临床上有实用价值.

P.skrjabini ciroulating antigen has been successfully detected by the McAb-AST in our lab.Positive detection rate in the proved patients was 97.6%(82.84)whfle all the 62 normal individuals as controls gave negative reaction.One out of the 30clonorchiasis oases revealed positive cross reaction buy none in 41 schistosomiasis infection.Thirty-four out of the 36(94.4%)speclmens from the patients with P.skrjabinl turned negative 3 mouths after effective treatment and all the 28 serum speccimen shoved nogative reaction months after treatment.
