目的 探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)基因调节区A2518G多态性与2型糖尿病肾病之间的关系.方法 运用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)序技术,检测了单纯糖尿病(DN-)组76例,糖尿病肾病(DN+)组94例;正常对照(C)82例,252例MCP-1基因调节区A2518G多态性.结果 DN+组MCP-1G/G基因型频率和G等位基因频率高于DN-组、C组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 MCP-1A2518G多态性与2型糖尿病肾病发病无相关性.

목적 탐토단핵세포추화단백(MCP-1)기인조절구A2518G다태성여2형당뇨병신병지간적관계.방법 운용취합매련반응한제성편단장도다태성기술(PCR-RFLP)서기술,검측료단순당뇨병(DN-)조76례,당뇨병신병(DN+)조94례;정상대조(C)82례,252례MCP-1기인조절구A2518G다태성.결과 DN+조MCP-1G/G기인형빈솔화G등위기인빈솔고우DN-조、C조,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 MCP-1A2518G다태성여2형당뇨병신병발병무상관성.
Objective To evaluate the effect of the monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 ( MCP-1 ) gene A2518G polymorphism on diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic subjects. Methods The 252 cases with type 2 diabetes, including 76 without diabetic complications ( DN-group ) and 94 with diabetic nephropathy ( DN + group) and 82 healthy controls (C group )were recruited. Polymorphism of A2518G of MCP-1 gene was determined. Results There was no significant difference in distribution of allelic and genotype frequencies of MCP-1 among DN-, DN + and C groups. Conclusion No association exists between the MCP-1 A2518G polymorphism and DN onset.
