目的探讨护理干预对COPD患者睡眠质量及自我护理能力的影响.方法选取2010年2月至2011年2月期间我院COPD患者56例,用随机数字表法将56例患者分为实验组(28例)和对照组(28例).对照组接受常规护理,实验组除接受常规护理外,给予护理干预,并比较两组患者的睡眠质量及自我护理能力.结果实验组患者睡眠质量及自我护理能力优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义.结论护理干预在提高患者的睡眠质量及自我护理能力方面具有重要作用,是值得推广的护理模式.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality and exercise of self - care of COPD patients.Methods A total of 56 COPD patients from the hospital between February 2011 and February 2011 were randomly divided into two groups according to numerical table.The control group ( 28 patients) was received routine nursing,while the experimental group (28 patients) received nursing intervention.The effects were evaluated from two aspects:the sleep quality and the exercise of self - care.Results The sleep quality and the exercise of self-care in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences.Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleeping quality and the exercise of self - care of COPD patients.
