以酒精糟、白酒糟、碎玉米、啤酒糟等为原料,添加尿素、(NH4)2SO4及营养液F,采用“液体种子培养,多菌种混合固态发酵技术”生产奶牛生物(活菌)饲料。饲料粗蛋白平均含量36.55%、提高率1635%;酵母菌、有效细菌总数及活菌率分别为:7.85×10^8个g、7.11×10^9个,g和82.2%;β-淀粉酶1356mg/(g.h)、纤维素酶168um/(g.h)、中性蛋白酶1088ug/(g.min)、碱性蛋白酶372ug/(g·min)、糖化酶110u/(g.h);VA80IU/(100g)、VB:2.35mg/(100g)、VD2945IU/(100g)、VC1.1mg/(100g)、烟酸10.7mg/(100g)。

이주정조、백주조、쇄옥미、비주조등위원료,첨가뇨소、(NH4)2SO4급영양액F,채용“액체충자배양,다균충혼합고태발효기술”생산내우생물(활균)사료。사료조단백평균함량36.55%、제고솔1635%;효모균、유효세균총수급활균솔분별위:7.85×10^8개g、7.11×10^9개,g화82.2%;β-정분매1356mg/(g.h)、섬유소매168um/(g.h)、중성단백매1088ug/(g.min)、감성단백매372ug/(g·min)、당화매110u/(g.h);VA80IU/(100g)、VB:2.35mg/(100g)、VD2945IU/(100g)、VC1.1mg/(100g)、연산10.7mg/(100g)。
The study was conducted to produce bio-feed (live microbial feed) for dairy cows using corn distillers dried grains with soluble, distiller's grain, comminuted corn and brewer's spent grain as culture medium supplemented with urea, (NH4)2SO4 and nutrient solution F. Liquid cultivation seed and mixed multiple strains solid-state fermentation technology was adopted. The result showed that the protein in feed was achieved at 36.55%, with 16.35% increase. Yeast, effective living bacterial and living cell rate were 7.85 × 10^8/g, 7A1 × 10^9/g and 82.2%, respectively. r-amylase, cellulase, neutral protease, alkaline protease were 1 356 mg/g.h, 168 um/g.h, 1088 ug/g.min, and 372 ug/g.min. VA, VB, VD, VE, niacin were80IU/100g, 2.35mg/100g, 945 IU/100g, 1.1mg/100g and 10.7 mg/100 g, respectively.
