本文结合笔者的教学经验论述了提高英语教学质量的几点做法:创设情景,优化课堂教学;采用分层教学,加强学法指导;建立融洽的师生关系,提高教师自身的亲和力;培养学生良好的学习习惯和学习方法;积极开展课外活动,激发学生学英语的兴趣。

This paper expounds some approaches to improve English teaching quality based on the author's teaching experience: creating situations to optimize classroom teaching; adopting multi-level teaching and strengthening the guidance on learning methods; establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students and improving teachers' affinity; cultivating students' good learning habits and methods; actively implementing extracurricular activities to motivate students' English learning interest.
