师生关系是教师与学生最普通、最基本的人际关系,师生冲突是师生关系的一种形式,在教育教学活动中经常发生。社会学的分析为师生冲突研究提供了重要的认识视角,首先在社会学视阈下界定师生冲突的涵义,分析中学师生冲突原因,然后从创建新型的师生关系,正确认识和合理运用教师权威,扩大师生沟通渠道,师生进行换位思考四个方面来调节中学师生冲突,为创建健康和谐的师生关系提供参考依据。
師生關繫是教師與學生最普通、最基本的人際關繫,師生遲突是師生關繫的一種形式,在教育教學活動中經常髮生。社會學的分析為師生遲突研究提供瞭重要的認識視角,首先在社會學視閾下界定師生遲突的涵義,分析中學師生遲突原因,然後從創建新型的師生關繫,正確認識和閤理運用教師權威,擴大師生溝通渠道,師生進行換位思攷四箇方麵來調節中學師生遲突,為創建健康和諧的師生關繫提供參攷依據。

The paper defined the conflict between the students and teachers under the guide of sociology, analyzed why it is inevitable for the teachers in middle school to conflict with students . The paper also discussed what relationship should be between the students and teachers and how to apply the authority of teachers to expand the communication chance to establish a new type of relationship between students and teachers. Empathy can be taken as a tool to adjust the conflicts and to build a harmonious relationship between students and teachers.
