师生关系是教师与学生最普通、最基本的人际关系，师生冲突是师生关系的一种形式，在教育教学活动中经常发生。社会学的分析为师生冲突研究提供了重要的认识视角，首先在社会学视阈下界定师生冲突的涵义，分析中学师生冲突原因，然后从创建新型的师生关系，正确认识和合理运用教师权威，扩大师生沟通渠道，师生进行换位思考四个方面来调节中学师生冲突，为创建健康和谐的师生关系提供参考依据。

The paper defined the conflict between the students and teachers under the guide of sociology, analyzed why it is inevitable for the teachers in middle school to conflict with students . The paper also discussed what relationship should be between the students and teachers and how to apply the authority of teachers to expand the communication chance to establish a new type of relationship between students and teachers. Empathy can be taken as a tool to adjust the conflicts and to build a harmonious relationship between students and teachers.
