They derive the fluctuation dissipation theorem from the principles of quantum statistical mechanics and prove the Johnson-Nyquist formula on this basis.Finally,the applications of the Johnson-Nyquist formula in calculating the charge qubit′s noise are discussed,and the relationship between the spectral density and the total impedance and the expression for the voltage fluctuations between the terminals of the impedance are gived.
