Gravel pile grouting is a new foundation treatment method,which gradually has developed from both sand pile and high-pressure grouting since 1990s.In the construction engineering it has such advantages as the construction equipment simple,the covered area small,equipment shift flexible and convenient.Otherwise,it is unrestricted to pile length and pile soil;the property of pile soil and bearing capacity are improved greatly for the composite foundation.The gravel pile grouting technology is used widely in the coastal railway construction.And a good result is achieved,and the technology of foundation treatment is promoted.
