以远东疣柄牛肝菌菌丝体为原料,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交设计优化超声波辅助提取其色素的工艺。结果表明:色素溶液的最大吸收波长为410nm,影响色素提取的主要因素是液料比,最佳提取条件:提取溶剂为90%乙醇、液料比75mL/g、超声波功率400W、温度60℃提取50min。

Based- on single -factor stud!es,orthogonal design was employed to optimize the extraction process of pigments in Leccinum extremiorientale myeelia by uhrasonic-assisted technology. The results showed that the maximum wavelength of the pigment was 410 nm,the most important factor was the liquid-solid ratio ,the optimum conditions were determined as follows:90% ethanol,liquid-solid ratio 75 mL/g,ultrasonic power 400 W,temperature 60 ℃, extration time 50 minutes.
