两步四段教学法是民间武术传统教法与现代学校体育教学法相结合而形成的一种新型教学方法。实践证明,将其应用于高校公体武术套路课教学,能够有效提高课程教学效果,使没有武术基础的公体学生在短期内理解武术套路中的招式和技击方法,掌握武术套路动作的虚实变化,提高公体学生武术意识,促进其武术套路动作范型化,并尽快形成个人风格。
兩步四段教學法是民間武術傳統教法與現代學校體育教學法相結閤而形成的一種新型教學方法。實踐證明,將其應用于高校公體武術套路課教學,能夠有效提高課程教學效果,使沒有武術基礎的公體學生在短期內理解武術套路中的招式和技擊方法,掌握武術套路動作的虛實變化,提高公體學生武術意識,促進其武術套路動作範型化,併儘快形成箇人風格。

The two step four stage teaching method is a traditional teaching of martial arts and modern physical education in school teaching method to combine and form a new teaching method.Practice has proved,its application in collegiate Wushu routine teaching,can improve the teaching effect of the course,so that no public body based on the martial arts students in the short term to understand Wushu moves and skills,master the martial arts action or change,improve public martial arts students consciousness,promote its martial arts action as soon as possible,and the formation of personal style.
