为检测发酵稻草和牛粪培养料对大棚双孢蘑菇生长期间生化性能的影响,测定了双孢蘑菇生长期间的几种胞外酶活性变化。结果表明,胞外羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC),滤纸纤维素酶(FP)和半纤维素酶(HC)活性峰值出现在子实体成熟期,而低谷出现在子实体采收后期。淀粉酶、漆酶和过氧化物酶活性在茵丝生长期较高,随着栽培时间的延长而呈下降趋势。
為檢測髮酵稻草和牛糞培養料對大棚雙孢蘑菇生長期間生化性能的影響,測定瞭雙孢蘑菇生長期間的幾種胞外酶活性變化。結果錶明,胞外羧甲基纖維素酶(CMC),濾紙纖維素酶(FP)和半纖維素酶(HC)活性峰值齣現在子實體成熟期,而低穀齣現在子實體採收後期。澱粉酶、漆酶和過氧化物酶活性在茵絲生長期較高,隨著栽培時間的延長而呈下降趨勢。
위검측발효도초화우분배양료대대붕쌍포마고생장기간생화성능적영향,측정료쌍포마고생장기간적궤충포외매활성변화。결과표명,포외최갑기섬유소매(CMC),려지섬유소매(FP)화반섬유소매(HC)활성봉치출현재자실체성숙기,이저곡출현재자실체채수후기。정분매、칠매화과양화물매활성재인사생장기교고,수착재배시간적연장이정하강추세。
The extracellular enzyme activities of Agaricus bisporus cultivated on fermented rice straw and manure were tested during the growth period. The results showed that the peak value activities of extracellular cmcase (CMC) ,filter paper cellulase (FP) and hemicellulase (HC) were tested in mature fruit body and lowest point after harvisting. The amylase, laccase and peoxidase activities were higher in mycelium growing time and de- creased with the culture time.
