本文介绍了一种基于C5l单片机与红外光谱的吸收特性的便携式甲烷浓度检测报警仪的设计与实现。采用红外光谱技术对甲烷气体的浓度进行定量分析，并在超过设定值时报警，并能通过串口与PC机进行通信，适合于用在矿场开采的安全检查中，测量范围0-100％，且使用方便，工作稳定，数据可靠。

The self-design of a portable methane quantity detector based on C51 and the infrared spectroscopy＇ s absorption characteristic is introduced. The methane quantity can be analyzed by using the infrared spectroscopy, and the detector can not only give an alarm when the quantity exceed set valve but also can communicate with PC through serial port. It is very suitable to use in the safety inspection of the mine and its measuring range is 0-100% with a lot of advantages such as convenience, good stability and reliable data.
