面对日益严峻的就业形势，肩负人才培养重任的高校必须以培养创新型人才为第一要务大力发展创业教育，积极构建具有自身特色的大学生创业就业长效机制。本文在阐述大学生创业就业工作背景的基础上分析了大学生创业就业工作的基本现状和存在的问题，最后就如何构建大学生创业就业长效机制提出了自己的思考。

Considering the increasingly severe employment situation, the entrepreneurship education should be improved in the universities which shoulder the responsibilities of talents training, nurture the creative talents as the cause, and the universities construct a long-run mechanism of college students＇ entrepreneurship and employment with own characteristic, positively. Depended on the descriptions of the work to college students＇ entrepreneurship and employment, the basic situations and problems are analyzed, and how to construct the mechanism is proposed at last.
