人的发展是不断吸取文化的营养的结果。工业化以来建立起的学校文化一味追求标准化和急功近利,缺乏文化内涵。理想的学校应该有自己的文化理念,实践重心应该转向对学生多元发展的关注。应当认识到,充满意义的学校文化对于学生发展具有特殊重要的价值。学校要成为丰富和完善人性的场所,就必须对教师的职业角色重新进行定位,走校本发展之路。

Human development is the result of absorbing culture's nutrition.The school culture established since the industrialization pursues some standardization and quick success,which lack cultural connotations.The ideal school should have its own cultural philosophy;practice focus should shift toward the development of students.It should be recognized that the meaningful school culture has a special importance for students to develop their value.Schools should be places to enrich and improve humanity,so it is necessary to re-locate the role of the teacher's job and take the school-based development.
