热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)是细胞在应激条件下产生的一类蛋白质,又称应激蛋白(stress protein,SP),与细胞的许多病理、生理过程相关。过去的研究发现,HSP与运动关系密切,在机体运动过程中起着重要的作用。本文章综述了HSP的产生、表达、特点、作用、分布以及在运动医学中的应用,希望对运动训练中如何合理进行运动训练提供一些理论依据。
熱休剋蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)是細胞在應激條件下產生的一類蛋白質,又稱應激蛋白(stress protein,SP),與細胞的許多病理、生理過程相關。過去的研究髮現,HSP與運動關繫密切,在機體運動過程中起著重要的作用。本文章綜述瞭HSP的產生、錶達、特點、作用、分佈以及在運動醫學中的應用,希望對運動訓練中如何閤理進行運動訓練提供一些理論依據。

Heat shock protein is a kind of proteins that cells generate under stress conditions, also known as stress protein (stress protein, Sp), related to cell many pathological and physiological processes. Previous studies have found that the relations of HSP and sports was closed, and played an important role in the body movement. This paper summarizes the production, expression, characteristic, function, distribution of HSP and the application in sports medicine and hopes to provide some theoretical basis on how to conduct exercise training reasonably.
