汽车排气系统同发动机和车体相连,为降低发动机工作过程对环境和乘员造成的影响,文章对排气系统进行了模态分析,并探讨了发动机的振动对汽车排气系统的影响,得出排气系统在各阶频率下的振型图。通过模态分析可知,发动机的激励频率对排气系统有一定影响,指出为避免排气系统发生共振,进行优化设计时,应使各阶的固有频率避开发动机的工作频率,改善排气系统的性能,延长使用寿命。
汽車排氣繫統同髮動機和車體相連,為降低髮動機工作過程對環境和乘員造成的影響,文章對排氣繫統進行瞭模態分析,併探討瞭髮動機的振動對汽車排氣繫統的影響,得齣排氣繫統在各階頻率下的振型圖。通過模態分析可知,髮動機的激勵頻率對排氣繫統有一定影響,指齣為避免排氣繫統髮生共振,進行優化設計時,應使各階的固有頻率避開髮動機的工作頻率,改善排氣繫統的性能,延長使用壽命。

Exhaust system is linked to the engine and vehicle body, in order to reduce the influence to the environment and passengers in engine operating process, modal analysis of exhaust system is conducted, and the influence of exhaust system caused by engine vibration is analyzed. The vibration model graph in each frequency of exhaust system is gained. Excitation frequency of engine has influence on exhaust system according to modal analysis. It is indicated that in order to avoid resonance of exhaust system, natural frequency in each stage should keep off engine operating frequency in optimization design. The exhaust system performance is improved and service life is prolonged.
