对采用几何测量法检定的液化气体铁路罐车容积进行不确定度评定,建立数学模型,确定灵敏系数,从内竖直径测量、内横直径测量、内总长测量、封头容积和筒体变形等方面评定该方法的标准不确定度。几何测量法检定结果的扩展不确定度为3.2×10-3(k=2),满足液化气体铁路罐车容积检定规程的计量性能要求。
對採用幾何測量法檢定的液化氣體鐵路罐車容積進行不確定度評定,建立數學模型,確定靈敏繫數,從內豎直徑測量、內橫直徑測量、內總長測量、封頭容積和筒體變形等方麵評定該方法的標準不確定度。幾何測量法檢定結果的擴展不確定度為3.2×10-3(k=2),滿足液化氣體鐵路罐車容積檢定規程的計量性能要求。

To evaluate the uncertainty in volume measurement of rail tankers for liquefied gases using geometric method,the mathematical model is constructed and the sensitivity coefficients are defined.The standard uncertainty is evaluated according to such factors as measuring inside vertical diameters,measuring inside cross diameters,measuring total inside length,volume of head and deformation of the tank.The expanded uncertainty in measurement by geometric method is 3.2×10-3(k=2),which meets the metrological requirements in the verification regulation of volume of rail tankers for liquefied gases.
