随着水体富营养化的加重,诸如反渗透这样的深度处理技术将应用于磷化工废水的处理中。采用超滤反渗透组合工艺处理磷化工废水,其中超滤作为反渗透的预处理,结果表明,该工艺对氟离子总磷去除均在99%以上,出水水质达到行业排放标准,且能回用于之前的生产工艺中,氟质量浓度低于1.2mg/L,磷质量浓度低于1.4mg/L。并以贵州某大型磷化工厂使应用超滤反渗透组合工艺为例,进行费效分析,结果表明投资回收期短,中长期效益显著。

With Water environment become increasingly imperiled by eutrophication over the past years, advanced treatment technologies such as reverse osmosis(RO) seem to be promising in future phosphate chemical industry. Experimental study has carried out, with combined Ultra-Filtration (UF) and RO membrane process, for phoschemical industrial wastewater treatment, Specially, ,UF was utilized for pretreatment and provision of reliable and steady water sources for RO. The retention ratio of this combined process, on average, reached above 99% ,the water effluent quality for post-RO treatment, in general, met the requirement for industrial wastewater effluents and therefore can be reused in previous stage of treatment process, fluoride and phosphate level registered below 1.2 mg/L and 1.4 mg/L respectively. In addition, benefit-cost analysis, which were conducted in certain phosphate chemical company, concludes that the process under examination present a shorter payback period and appear to be quite economically efficient in the middle and long term.
