However, the over - exploitation of the resources has brought damages to the enviroment such as topographical features, soil, vegetation, water and air qualities, which have already begun to affect human＇s life in ways of sandstorm and air polution. So it is of great significance for us to strengthen the mining area＇s enviroment protection. As long as resource development, enviroment protection and improvement are combined together, and the relations among the three are handled properly, the enviroment of the mining area will be greatly improved, and in this way the Scietific Outlook on Development is implemented in real earnest.
