换流站配置的交流滤波器保护装置采用基波过流作为电阻的主保护。穗东站调试过程中,交流滤波器电阻基波过流保护动作最终导致云广特高压直流工程双极闭锁。针对此案例的分析显示,保护装置由于采样回路缺陷使谐波混叠入基波,造成了基波过流保护的误出口,并导致了直流双极闭锁。对此提出了改进措施,并加以仿真论证。在改进措施实施前,制定了运行风险控制措施以保证了直流系统的正常运行。

For the ACF in converter stations,the fundamental wave overcurrent protection is its main resistance protection.During the commissioning of Suidong Converter Station,ACF resistance fundamental wave overcurrent protection tripping has blocked both poles of Yunnan ? Guangdong UHVDC Project.Analyzing the case,this paper indicates that the double-pole block is due to the defect of sampling circuit in the protection device,i.e.the defect makes an aliasing from harmonics to fundamental wave so to cause malfunction of fundamental wave overcurrent protection.The measures to overcome the defect are proposed in the paper and proof simulations are carried out.Before the improvement measures are put into practice,however,certain measures for operation risk control are given to ensure the normal operation of the project.
