发展小城镇是实现农村现代化的必经之路。从生态学角度分析了人类活动与生态系统稳定性的关系，提出了发展小城镇要遵循当地的自然规律，借鉴当地人的传统生活习惯，城镇规模应控制在直径10km以内，污染物排放在国家标准范围内尽量降低，建设具有地方特色的、规模适度的小城镇。

It was necessary to develop small town to achieve rural modernization. With analyzing the relationship between human activity and ecosystem stability with ecology, this paper put forward that during developing small towns, the local natural ruais must be abided by, the local traditional customs can be used for reference, the scale had better not exceed 10 kilometers, contaminant emissions ought to be minimized within national framework. Develop small towns with local characteristics and modest scale.
