校园安全是社会关注的焦点和公安机关的防范重点。在事故多发区，校园警察已经上岗执勤，但是适应新形势的校园警察制度建设尚处于起步阶段。我国校园警察制度建设应根据依法治国的要求，借鉴世界先进国家的成功经验，通过完善立法、创设警种、增加权限、利用社会资源等多种渠道，实现对校园安全的有效保障。

The campus security is the focal point of the society and the public security organ. In the accident-prone area, the campus police already went on duty, but the construction of the campus police system under new situation is still at the starting stage. We should meet the requirement which manages state affairs according to law, study the advanced experience from the other countries to construct the campus police system in our country by consummating the legislation, establishing the police plant, increasing the jurisdiction, using social resource and so on, then would obtain the effective safeguards of the campus security
