煤矿开采转入下水平以后,地质条件由简单到复杂,各种围岩应力交错显现,矿山压力显著增大,给巷道支护带来较大的困难。阐述了巷道围岩应力,针对煤矿复杂多变的地质条件,提出对传统的支护方式进行重新设计,采用大断面金属支架、可伸缩金属支架、锚网喷支护技术等,在巷道支护方面起到了很好的效果。
煤礦開採轉入下水平以後,地質條件由簡單到複雜,各種圍巖應力交錯顯現,礦山壓力顯著增大,給巷道支護帶來較大的睏難。闡述瞭巷道圍巖應力,針對煤礦複雜多變的地質條件,提齣對傳統的支護方式進行重新設計,採用大斷麵金屬支架、可伸縮金屬支架、錨網噴支護技術等,在巷道支護方麵起到瞭很好的效果。
매광개채전입하수평이후,지질조건유간단도복잡,각충위암응력교착현현,광산압력현저증대,급항도지호대래교대적곤난。천술료항도위암응력,침대매광복잡다변적지질조건,제출대전통적지호방식진행중신설계,채용대단면금속지가、가신축금속지가、묘망분지호기술등,재항도지호방면기도료흔호적효과。
When coal mining is carried out at a deeper level,the geological conditions become more complex with various adjacent formation stresses interlocking each other and mining pressure greatly improved,which causes major difficulty for tunnel supports.The paper elaborates the tunnel adjacent formation stress and proposes a redesign to the traditional supports based on coal mine complex and changeable geological conditions.The use of big cross section metal supports,expandable metal supports and anchor net supporting technology proves desirable in the tunnel supports.
