为了综合叠层钢板橡胶支座和摩擦滑移支座的优点,并将机械领域摩擦性能良好的二硫化钨(WS2)材料用于摩擦滑板,设计研制了一种新型滑移隔震装置;试验测定了喷涂二硫化钨钢板之间的摩擦系数及支座在简谐激励下的滞回性能。结果表明,新型复合滑移隔震装置性能稳定,正压应力和位移幅值是影响摩擦系数的主要因素,加载频率与摩擦系数无关。

A series of tests on a new type of seismic isolation bearing are introduced in the paper.The new bearing combines rubber bearings with friction sliding bearings and makes use of WS2 which achieves good friction performance in mechanical field.During the experiments,the frictional coefficients between two steel plates coated with WS2,and the hysteretic loops of the bearing excited by the sinusoidal were tested as well.It is shown that the new type of seismic isolation bearing has an outstanding stable performance.The velocity and displacement amplitudes have important effects on the frictional,not including loading frequency however.
