通过研究铅酸蓄电池负极板硫化失效机理,设计了一套以脉冲原理为基础,采用Boost升压变换器的铅酸蓄电池在线自动保养装置。测试结果表明:所设计的装置可以通过硬件和软件程序的调节控制充放电脉冲频率和幅值,实现了铅酸蓄电池的在线保养。
通過研究鉛痠蓄電池負極闆硫化失效機理,設計瞭一套以脈遲原理為基礎,採用Boost升壓變換器的鉛痠蓄電池在線自動保養裝置。測試結果錶明:所設計的裝置可以通過硬件和軟件程序的調節控製充放電脈遲頻率和幅值,實現瞭鉛痠蓄電池的在線保養。

In this paper,the sulfidation failure mechanism on negative plates of lead-acid batteries and the pulse-repairing technology were analyzed.Online automatic maintenance equipment was designed which was based on the Boost converter.The testing results show the device could produce its effect through the variable pulse whose frequency and amplitude can be changed by regulating hardware circuit and programs.
