目的：探讨行腭帆间隙修整的改良式悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea-hypopneasyndrome OSAHS）临床应用意义。方法：回顾2008年1月至2009年6月OSAHS患者62例,临床资料进行总结分析。结果：术后6个月后疗效判断,治愈10例,址效35例、有效10例、无效7例,总有效率88.7%。术后1年疗效判断,治愈8例,显效31例,有效11例,无效12例。总有效率80.6%,结论：行腭帆间隙修整的改良式悬雍垂腭咽成形术,对手术后呼吸睡眠阻塞的改善和相关并发症的防治有积极意义。
목적：탐토행악범간극수정적개량식현옹수악인성형술치료조새성수면호흡잠정저통기종합정（obstructive sleep apnea-hypopneasyndrome OSAHS）림상응용의의。방법：회고2008년1월지2009년6월OSAHS환자62례,림상자료진행총결분석。결과：술후6개월후료효판단,치유10례,지효35례、유효10례、무효7례,총유효솔88.7%。술후1년료효판단,치유8례,현효31례,유효11례,무효12례。총유효솔80.6%,결론：행악범간극수정적개량식현옹수악인성형술,대수술후호흡수면조새적개선화상관병발증적방치유적겁의의。
Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of improved uvulopalatopharyngoplasty with velum palatinum gap trimming on treating obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.Methods： 62 OSAHS patients,who were clinically diagnosed from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,China,between January 2008 and june 2009 were studied.Results：10 cases were cured,35 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effectual and 7 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate of 88.7% after six months,8 cases were cured,31 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effectual and 12 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate of 80.6% after one year.Conclusion：There are important significance of improved uvulopalatopharyngoplasty with velum palatinum gap trimming on improving obstruction and preventing the related complication.
