近年来,随着农村的大量土地被征用,征地制度与实际操作存在的弊端也日益显现,要解决这问题,一是要加强土地征收制度的立法工作;二是尽快建立被征地农民的社会保障制度体系;三是前置并做实征前公告和实物确认程序;四是土地补偿费使用情况要定期向本集体经济组织成员公布。

In recent years,with a great amount of country land requisitioned,the drawbacks in Land requisition system and the actual operation are also increasingly apparent.To solve this problem,first,the legislation on land expropriation system should be strengthened;Second,the social security system towards the farmers whose land was requisitioned should be set up as soon as possible;third,the program of the bulletin before requisition and entity recognition must be set up;fourth,land compensation fee use must announce to the members of the collective economic organization regularly.
