目的：研究双氢青蒿素对前列腺癌PC-3细胞裸鼠种植瘤CHOP表达的情况,并探讨其作用途径及机制。方法：采用人前列腺癌PC-3细胞建立裸鼠种植瘤模型,20只模型鼠随机分为对照组、溶剂组、实验1组及实验2组,经13d干预后,免疫组织化学法检测CHOP的表达水平;透射电子显微镜观察DHA对PC-3细胞种植瘤超微结构的影响。结果：与对照组和溶剂组相比,DHA作用后,免疫组化检测内质网凋亡途径相关基因CHOP表达增强,差异有统计学意义。结论：DHA能上调CHOP表达,表明DHA可通过内质网途径诱导前列腺癌种植瘤凋亡。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Dihydroartemisinin（DHA）on expression of CHOP and the underlying molecular mechanism in transplanted prostate cancer in nude mice.Methods： Twenty nude mice were randomly divided into four groups with five mice in each group： control group,solvent group,1 st experimental group and 2nd experimental group.PC-3 cells were transplanted into every mouse.The expression of CHOP was tested by immunohistochemical medthod after drug administration.Effects of DHA on ultrastructure of transplanted prostate cancer by transmission electron microscope（TEM）.Results： The expression of Endoplasmic Reticulum stress-associated gene CHOP was increased in experimental group（p0.05）.Conclusion： The mechanism of DHA induced PC-3 cell apoptosis might be related with ERS.
