The change of trade administration system is just the trigger striking arguments about domestic and foreign trade integration.Its real economic background is requirement of adjustment of economic structure and expansion of domestic demand of consumption.The integration is a course of self-evolution of market which pushed on by enterprises＇ individual activities.Not only will the integration help to promote adjustment and upgrade of domestic regional industrial structure on the base of comparative advantages and economies of scale,but also to stimulate domestic consumption-demand by means of structural adjustment of industries and trade.Except for the restriction from internal budget limitation and external market scale,an enterprise＇s choice of domestic and foreign trade integration is still dependent on the path of extension of industrial chains and on the degree of market integration.
