厚玻璃掰边一直是浮法玻璃生产过程中的难题,在掰边过程中经常出现掉角、斜边、毛边和波纹边等缺陷。造成这些缺陷的原因除退火因素外就是由于掰边时玻璃板边部受力不均匀所致,为克服不均匀受力,我们开发了可调整掰边力和均匀剪切玻璃边的杠式掰边装置。

The edge snapping of thick glass sheet is always a difficult issue in process of glass production. The defects, such as broken comer and edge faults ( bevel ,entrant or emergent ) often occur when edge snapping . These defect are mainly caused by non-uniform forced during edge snapping and annealing factors . The bar-type edge snapping setup is developed against the above issues.
