为探讨石墨烯的氧化过程,以浓硫酸、高锰酸钾和双氧水作为氧化剂,通过部分边缘氧化剥离石墨得到了单层边缘氧化石墨烯(SLMGO),用定量硼氢化钠还原得到了单层边缘功能化石墨烯(SLMFG).使用FT—IR、SEM、TEM、XRD和XPS等手段表征了SLMGO和SLMFG结构和形貌.结果表明:边缘功能化的单层石墨烯较深度氧化的多层石墨烯,能更好地保持层状平面结构.基于好的共轭程度,边缘功能化的石墨烯光电性能将更好.

In order to explore the oxidation process of graphene, the single - layered marginal graphene oxide (SLMGO) was obtained by partial marginal oxidative and exfoliating the graphite, with concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidation reagents. The structures and morphology of SLMGO and the single - layered marginally functionalized graphene ( SLMFG), obtained by reduction with sodium borohydride, have been fully characterized by FT - IR,SEM,TEM,XRD and XPS. The obtained data suggests that SLMFG has better conjugated layered structure than deeply oxidized muhilayered graphene. The opto - electronic properties of SLMFG is expected to be improved due to the good conjugated structure
