虚拟极化将变极化技术从模拟端转换到数字端来实现,能快速、准确、灵活的实现变极化接收。将虚拟极化滤波运用于雷达接收系统,能显著地增强雷达杂波抑制和目标检测能力,提高雷达在恶劣战场环境中的生存能力。在分析虚拟极化滤波原理的基础上,运用相关矩阵递推估计提取出极化参数,通过仿真说明虚拟极化滤波对提高雷达接收系统性能的有效性。

Virtual polarization makes variable polarization reception change from simula- tion end to digital side, in a fast, accurate and flexible way. If apply virtual polarization filter to the radar receiver system, it will significantly enhance radar's capability of clutter sup- pression and target detection, improve radar's viability in harsh battlefield environment. On the basis of analyzing the virtual polarization theory, extracts the polarization parameters by using correlation matrix recursive estimation, and proves that virtual polarization filter will improve effectiveness of radar receiver performance by the simulation.
