The early academies of classic learning in China and the medieval universities in Europe are both unique educational forms respectively in the same era,and the teachers in these educational structures promote the development of these educational structures.This paper analyzes the teachers of these educational structures in their origin,their qualifications and their career status,aiming to provide some reference for modern higher education.
