根据储存原油的浮顶油罐特点和有关设计规范,提出原油储罐区应采用固定式低倍数液上泡沫灭火系统。给出了泡沫产生器的数量、泡沫枪的数量、泡沫消防泵选型等设计参数的确定方法,强调消防泵必须校核,.以校核后的管道直径、泡沫混合液的实际供给强度作为灭火系统的泡沫液用量和水用量设计的依据。

According to the features of floating roof tank for crude storage and the relating design specification, the application of fixed low expansion foam extinguishing system in crude tank area is proposed. The method to determine design parameters such as the quantity of foam generator and foam gun, model of foam concentrate fire pump is presented. The need to check the fire pump is stressed. The pipe diameter and the actual foam mixture supply strength, after being checked, can be used as a basis for designing foam amount and water amount of extinguishing system.
