目的：观察吉西他滨联合大黄素胶囊治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法：对44例胰腺癌患者分成治疗组和对照组，22例治疗组采用吉西他滨化疗联合大黄素胶囊综合治疗；22例对照组只用吉西他滨化疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组治疗后3月VEGF、CA19—9下降水平以及6个月临床收益反应优于对照组，血液和胃肠道化疗不良反应少于对照组（均P〈0．05），两组客观有效率和中位生存时间差异无统计意义，（P〉0．05）。结论：吉西他滨为主，辅以大黄素胶囊综合化疗能改善肿瘤生活质量，降低患者的肿瘤负荷。
목적：관찰길서타빈연합대황소효낭치료이선암적림상료효。방법：대44례이선암환자분성치료조화대조조，22례치료조채용길서타빈화료연합대황소효낭종합치료；22례대조조지용길서타빈화료。비교량조림상료효。결과：치료조치료후3월VEGF、CA19—9하강수평이급6개월림상수익반응우우대조조，혈액화위장도화료불량반응소우대조조（균P〈0．05），량조객관유효솔화중위생존시간차이무통계의의，（P〉0．05）。결론：길서타빈위주，보이대황소효낭종합화료능개선종류생활질량，강저환자적종류부하。
Objective ： to evaluate the clinical efficacy of gemcitabine combined with emodin capsule for the pancreatic cancer. Method： 44 pancreatic cancer patients were divided into the treaded group with 22 cases received gemcitabine chemotherapy combining with emodin capsule and the control group with 22 cases only received gemcitabine chemotherapy. were compared. Results： after the 3th months treatment, The clinical effectiveness among two groups the decreased levels of VEGF and CA19 - 9 in the treaded group were significantly higher than those in the control group （p 〈 0. 05）, the incidence of blood and gastrointestinal side - effects in the treaded group were signifi- cantly lower than those in the control group （p 〈0. 05）. The difference of clinical benefit response rates was no significant between the two groups on the 3rd month , but that was significant higher in the treaded group after the 6th month . The difference in the rates of objective tumor response and the median survival were no significant between the two groups （p 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Gemcitabine - based chemotherapy supplemented by emodin capsules can improve quality of life of pancreatic cancer patients and reduce the patient＇s tumor burden.
