沈阳市工程地质以中粗砂地层为主,目前使用的个别盾构机刀具配置与该地区地质条件不甚适应,导致了刀具、刀盘异常磨损。根据地铁一号线云沈区间盾构施工的实际经验,介绍了中粗砂地层中盾构机刀具选型、刀盘结构设计、先行撕裂刀与刮刀的相对位置、添加剂注入孔和搅拌棒的布置等刀具配置要注意的因素。对类似地质条件盾构机刀具配置及刀盘结构设计有一定的借鉴作用。

The geological stratum of the Shenyang Metro mainly consists of coarse sand. Due to the special geological conditions, the cutting tools of the TBM now used for the construction of the project are not very applicable to it, as a result of which cut- ting tools and cutter-carriers are often abnormally worn or damaged. With the practical construction experience of the shield in the Yun-Shen Section of the the No. 1 Line of the Shenyang Metro as an example, the right choice of the cutting tools for a shield in the construction of the medium-coarse sand stratum, the design of the structure of the cutter-carrier of a shield, the determination of the relative positions of the pre-going tearing cutters and the following blades,the arrangement of the injecting holes for additives and mixing sticks, and points for attention related to the the disposition of cutters and tools are introduced in the paper. The paper may serve as a useful reference for the design of the cutter-carrier of EPB-TBMs and the disposition of cut- ters for shields in similar geological conditions.
