为了弄清理化因素及作用方式对霉菌的影响,采用滤纸片法与挥发性物质活性检测法,研究不同浓度柠檬醛对绳状青霉(Penicillium funiculosum)抑制作用,并检测不同处理时间对孢子萌发率的影响.结果表明,柠檬醛采用滤纸片法与挥发性活性物质检测法对P. funiculosum的最小抑制浓度(MIC)分别为6.0与3.0 mg·mL~(-1).在3.0 mg·mL~(-1)浓度下处理10min孢子萌发受到明显抑制,萌发时间比对照推迟6 h,萌发率降低21.7%;而处理120 min萌发时间比对照延迟10 h,萌发率降低83.8%.柠檬醛可通过熏蒸的方式对P. funiculosum起到较好的抑制作用.这为工农业产品防治霉菌的危害提供了新的理论依据.
為瞭弄清理化因素及作用方式對黴菌的影響,採用濾紙片法與揮髮性物質活性檢測法,研究不同濃度檸檬醛對繩狀青黴(Penicillium funiculosum)抑製作用,併檢測不同處理時間對孢子萌髮率的影響.結果錶明,檸檬醛採用濾紙片法與揮髮性活性物質檢測法對P. funiculosum的最小抑製濃度(MIC)分彆為6.0與3.0 mg·mL~(-1).在3.0 mg·mL~(-1)濃度下處理10min孢子萌髮受到明顯抑製,萌髮時間比對照推遲6 h,萌髮率降低21.7%;而處理120 min萌髮時間比對照延遲10 h,萌髮率降低83.8%.檸檬醛可通過熏蒸的方式對P. funiculosum起到較好的抑製作用.這為工農業產品防治黴菌的危害提供瞭新的理論依據.

Effect of different concentrations of citral on growth inhibition of Penicillium funiculosum were studied by filter paper and volatile activity test method. And the effect of different treated time of citral on percent inhibition of spore germination were studied. Result showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of citral for P. funiculosum was 6.0 mg·mL~(-1) (Filter Paper Method) and 3.0 mg·mL~(-1) (Volatile Active Substances Method), respectively. Significantly inhibition of spore germination was found after it was pretreated by MIC for 10 min. The germination time delayed for 6 h and germination rate reduced by 21.7% than the control. Moreover, when the pretreated time extended to 120 min, sproes germination time delayed for 10 h than the control and the germination rate reduced by 83.8% than the control. Citral exhibited good inhibition for growth and spore germination of P. funiculosum by the fumiga-tion method. Therefore, this paper provided theoretical basis for the use of citral in preventing industrial agricultural products from moulds.
