水平井的压裂改造技术是当前国内外研究的热点和难点之一,目前基本采用井下工具进行分段压裂,工艺复杂,可靠性较差,在已大段射孔的水平井中无法应用.针对已大段射孔、无法下井下工具的水平井,提出了水平井投球分段压裂技术.采用系统优化设计方法,在裂缝类型预测、储层地质精细划分、裂缝参数优化、压裂材料优选、投球批次及数量优化和施工压力预测等技术基础上形成了投球分段压裂整体技术,不需要特殊的井下工具.通过西柳10平1和西柳10平3井两口水平井的现场实施,该技术分段准确,增产效果显著.现场试验表明水平井投球分段工艺简单、可靠,是一种值得推广的技术.

Horizontal well fracturing technology is one of the hotest and most difficult home and abroad research subjects at present. However, most of the horizontal well fracturings use downhole tools to separate layers, which are complex and unreliable and cannot be used in long-distance-perforated horezontal wells. This paper proposes a hall-off separate layer fracturing technology, which couples the technologies of fracture morphology prediction, fine classification of reservoir geology, fiacture parameter optimization, fracture fluid and proppant optimization, glass-fiber-controlled proppant flowback technique, optmization of ball batches and numbers, construction pressure prediction, etc. using systematic optimization method, and formed the ball-off separate layer fracturing overall technology. Sucessful field application in Xiliu 10-1 and Xiliu 10-3 horizontal wells shows that this technology is simple and reliable in separating layers and worth popularizing.
