近年来水平井在开发稠油资源中得到了广泛应用,但是对于注蒸汽热采水平井,水平段长度的优化和有效利用问题一直是理论研究和现场开发的难点和重点.在研究Homes等提出的多段井模型的基础上,建立了从井口到水平井趾端的全一体化模型;根据水平井注蒸汽流动动态研究结果,提出了水平井蒸汽吞吐极限水平井段长度的概念.研究表明:水平井注蒸汽是一个动态变化的过程,蒸汽干度和温度随水平段变长不断变小;随注入时间增加,相同的水平段处的干度和温度值变大;在相同的油层深度下,增大注汽速度可以提高水平井段有效加热长度,改善开发效果.

Nowadays, horizontal wells are widely applied to the development of heavy oil resources. However the length of hori-zontal well is an important problem to research. In this paper, a fully simulation model is built on the basis of Homes' multisegment wells model. Through the simulation model, steam flow condition of the horizontal well is studied, the temperature and quality are lower along the horizontal well from heel to toe. The temperature and quality in the same place is increasing during steam injecting. Finally, the limited horizontal length of cyclic steam stimulation is optimized, the result indicates that the limited horizontal length becomes longer as the steam rate is increasing. The product effect of horizontal well can be improved by the increase of steam rate.
