TZM合金是目前广泛应用的高温钼合金,具有熔点高、抗蚀性强、力学性能优异等诸多优点.制备TZM合金主要有电弧熔炼和粉末冶金2种方法.通过固溶强化、第二相强化和形变强化,TZM合金的室温塑性和高温强度均大大优于纯钼.采用包埋渗法在TZM合金表面涂覆一层保护性涂层,可有效改善TZM合金的抗高温氧化能力.
TZM閤金是目前廣汎應用的高溫鉬閤金,具有鎔點高、抗蝕性彊、力學性能優異等諸多優點.製備TZM閤金主要有電弧鎔煉和粉末冶金2種方法.通過固溶彊化、第二相彊化和形變彊化,TZM閤金的室溫塑性和高溫彊度均大大優于純鉬.採用包埋滲法在TZM閤金錶麵塗覆一層保護性塗層,可有效改善TZM閤金的抗高溫氧化能力.

TZM alloy,a kind of high temperature Mo-based alloy with high melting-point,excellent performan-ces in corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, is applied extensively in many fields. TZM alloy is usually pre-pared by arc melting technology or powder metallurgy. By solution strengthening, dispersion strengthening and de-formation strengthening, mechanical properties of TZM alloy are much more outstanding than that of pure Mo. Pro-tective coating formed on TZM alloy surface by pack cementation technique can provide adequate oxidation resistance at elevated temperature.
