目的:评价系统康复治疗对经皮激光间盘减压术 (PLDD)术后疗效的影响.方法:将 198例行 PLDD手术的患者分为 2组, A组为术后未采用系统康复治疗病例共 68例; B组为术后接受系统康复治疗病例共 130例.随访时间为 6个月～ 2年.对术后腰 (腿 )痛和疗效进行分析.结果:术后 6个月两组患者腰 (腿 )痛程度明显减轻,术后 2年 B组的腰 (腿 )痛和疗效都比 A组好,两组间有显著差异 (P< 0.05).结论:系统康复治疗对提高 PLDD术后长期疗效具有重要意义.

Aim To evaluate the influence of systemic rehabilitation on percutaneous laser disc decompression(PLDD).Methods 198 cases underwent PLDD were divided into two groups. Group A: 68 patients had not received postoperatived systemic rehabilitation as control; Group B: 130 patients had received postoperative systemic rehabilitation. Followed up for 6 months to 2 years, low back or leg pain and the therapeutic results were analysed.Results Low back or leg pain was relieved 6 months after operation in both groups; 2 years after operation the outcome in group B were better than those in group A. There was a significant difference between group B and A(P< 0.05). Conclustion Systemic rehabilitation plays an important role in improving long-term results of PLDD.
