目的:建立血清中黄芪甲甙含量的荧光分析法。方法:利用茴香酸在硫酸介质中与黄芪甲甙反应产生强烈荧光的特性,测定血清中的黄芪甲甙。结果:黄芪甲甙与茴香酸的反应产物的最大激发波长为Ex=320 nm,最大发射波长为Em=387 nm。黄芪甲甙在0.2~40. 0 mg*L -1范围内呈线性关系。最低检出限为0.02 mg*L -1。测定样品的回收率为98.8 %~102.4%。结论:本文所叙述的荧光分析法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、检出限低、无干扰等优点,尤其适于血清中微量黄芪甲甙含量的测定。
目的:建立血清中黃芪甲甙含量的熒光分析法。方法:利用茴香痠在硫痠介質中與黃芪甲甙反應產生彊烈熒光的特性,測定血清中的黃芪甲甙。結果:黃芪甲甙與茴香痠的反應產物的最大激髮波長為Ex=320 nm,最大髮射波長為Em=387 nm。黃芪甲甙在0.2~40. 0 mg*L -1範圍內呈線性關繫。最低檢齣限為0.02 mg*L -1。測定樣品的迴收率為98.8 %~102.4%。結論:本文所敘述的熒光分析法具有靈敏度高、選擇性好、檢齣限低、無榦擾等優點,尤其適于血清中微量黃芪甲甙含量的測定。
목적:건립혈청중황기갑대함량적형광분석법。방법:이용회향산재류산개질중여황기갑대반응산생강렬형광적특성,측정혈청중적황기갑대。결과:황기갑대여회향산적반응산물적최대격발파장위Ex=320 nm,최대발사파장위Em=387 nm。황기갑대재0.2~40. 0 mg*L -1범위내정선성관계。최저검출한위0.02 mg*L -1。측정양품적회수솔위98.8 %~102.4%。결론:본문소서술적형광분석법구유령민도고、선택성호、검출한저、무간우등우점,우기괄우혈청중미량황기갑대함량적측정。
Objective: To develop a new determination method of astrogaloside in s erum by spectrophotofluorimetry. Methods: The fluorescence char acteristics of astragaloside anisic reaction product were used to determine astragaloside in serum. Re sults: The reaction product of astrogaloside and anisic acid had excitatio n and emission maxima were at 320 and 387 nm, respectively. The linear range of determ inati on was between 0.2 and 40.0 mg*L -1. The detection limit was 0.02 mg*L -1. The recovery of measurement was between 98.8% and 102.4%. Conclusion: The propos ed method has advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit and no interference. It has been used to determine astragaloside in serum successfully.
